While We're Still Here
Discussing dying and death isn't typically a preferred topic. The thought of bringing it up can feel overwhelming. How do we share with those in our inner circle? The more we acknowledge that 100% of us will die, the more likely we are to share our thoughts about end of life choices. We would share our wishes, fears, and concerns about end of life by starting the conversation with our people. We can work at leaving nothing unsaid with those we love. We can empower others to do the same.
Let's discuss how to live for today knowing that we all will die.

How many times have we said that? How many times have we said that and still didn't do something? How many times did we miss our chance to reach out - forever?
That can be a heavy thought to have in your brain. The heaviness can lead to action:
to not miss out on moments when the image of someone you are missing pops into your head and you think you should call, or text.
